Hello Gorgeous! Welcome to The Cocoon! I’m so thrilled that you will be joining me on this gentle journey of Empowered Transformation. Together, we will challenge, support and encourage each other with each step along the way.
I recommend you start by doing just 1 workout per day, 3 days a week on the days that fit most conveniently into your schedule. This gives your body a chance to get used to moving intentionally and allows you to get into a flow. Consistency is best for building healthier habits, but allow for some flexibility as needed. Try to workout on the same day each week and around the same time of day if possible, but absolutely give yourself permission to move that around as you need to. When you feel ready, you can double-up by doing more than one workout a day or doing your favorite workout of the week as many times as you want to.
You can view your videos on your desktop, from your smartphone or tablet, or if you have a streaming device such as Chromecast, you can even stream them to your TV- whatever works best for you! This way you can watch along in the privacy of your own home, or take your workouts with you when you travel.
Most Important: DECIDE that you are worth it, and that this time is FOR YOU. You deserve this! Really make these precious few minutes of deep, healing self-care a daily priority.
