Rad Recipes: The Good for Your Belly Smoothie 

This almost tastes like dessert for breakfast! Bursting with fresh fruit and using a probiotic juice blend as the base, my tastebuds are happy and the flora in my gut get a healthy high-five too.

1 ripe banana, peeled

1 ripe kiwi, scooped

1 cup probiotic juice blend, such as GoodBelly pomegranate and blackberry (if you want a Gluten Free one, be sure to get the ones with a green cap labeled Gluten Free)

Blend and enjoy!
